THE NORCO COWGIRLS
Rodeo Drill Team

The Norco Cowgirls Rodeo Drill Team is made up of 8-12 Horsewomen riding American Paint and Quarter Horses, providing an exciting, fast paced Rodeo Specialty Act. They perform daring, high speed, precision maneuvers like the "Shoot the Arrow", "Wedding Rings" and "The Whip". The team's goals are to have fun, build friendships, excel in their horsemanship, and to represent Norco Horsetown USA. The Norco Cowgirls perform at rodeos, fairs, parades and other equine venues.

The team requires advanced riders and well "broke" horses. Dedicated to being the #1 performance team in California, The Cowgirls practice once to twice a week, year round, as their heavy performance schedule will allow. Since their founding in August 2008, The Norco Cowgirls have made a record 66 appearances, under the direction of Mychon Bowen. "We are passionate about our horses, drill and putting on a great show for everyone to enjoy. You may have seen us at San Bernardino, Hesperia or Industry Hills PRCA Rodeos or in The Hollywood Christmas Parade."

The Norco Cowgirls are proud supporters of The Challenged Children's Rodeo and the "Tough Enough to Wear Pink" breast cancer campaign. The Cowgirls' philanthropy includes taking miniature horses to and participating in the Challenged Children’s Rodeos.
